About Alex and Kate

Kate Glasheen graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in 2004.  Kate's artistic interests find communion in fine and sequential art under the notion that there's something hilarious about something that's not funny at all.

Glasheen has been the artist for several critically acclaimed books, including The Graphic Canon: Volume 3,  full-length graphic novel Hybrid Bastards! , and her own passion project, the Kickstarter-funded Bandage: A Diary of Sorts.

Alex Eckman-Lawn is a Philadelphia born illustrator. His work has appeared in comic books, on album covers, book covers, t-shirts, and posters. He is currently hard at work trying to burn his name into the ground and pull the sun out of the sky.
