Not your average workshop, Yogetree merges the world of language and poetry with yoga, meditation, mindfulness and movement. No matter what level your art form or yoga practice, this 2-hour workshop welcomes you to explore what self expression and community building look and feel like in these times. 

Yogetree is a self-care safe haven where people of all backgrounds come to nourish their mind-body-spirit. Join us at The Art Dept for a rousing discussion about self-care, allyship and social justice...all housed under the soothing practice of mindfulness. 


Yourself in comfy clothes, yoga mat, journal and water bottle.

About the Creator: 

Meet Helanah Warren, a holistic health healing artist and the founder of Yogetree™, a company that combines movement, mindfulness, and meditation to deepen connections to the self and one's community. In this community-based live-event experience Helanah blends the healing practices of mindful movement with the intention of self-expression and self-care. An educator and writer in spirit, Helanah teaches from the heart with love and positive intention. Helanah is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Plant-based Chef, certified Holistic Health Consultant and identifies as a Black Vegan, Healing Artist, Vibram wearer, Wellness Specialist, Self-care advocate and Survivor.
